Mobile Ticketing FAQ's

Why the transition to mobile ticketing?

Mobile ticketing improves the fan experience with quick and convenient entry into the venue, reduces lost, stole, or counterfeit tickets, and allows your to manage, transfer, or sell your tickets at any time directly from your mobile phone.

Where is my barcode?

Tickets are now delivered with NFC enabled technology. When you arrive at the event, find your tickets in your mobile wallet, and hold near the ticket reader to tap for entry. No barcodes will be visible, so all tickets must be added to a mobile wallet.

Can I have multiple tickets on the same mobile device?

Yes. You can view all of your tickets by swiping left or right on your mobile phone. We highly encourage you to transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access throughout the venue.

Can I print my tickets? Will screenshots work?

No, tickets must be added to a mobile wallet for entry. Screenshots will not be accepted.

What if my guest(s) and I arrive at the venue at different times?

You will need to transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This allows you and your guest(s) to arrive at the venue at your own convenience. Once the ticket transfer offer has been sent to your guest(s), they will receive a text or email instructing them to accept the tickets and add it to their mobile wallet.

Does the person I'm transferring tickets to need to have an account?

Yes, the person receiving tickets will need to log into an existing Hy-VeeTix Account or create a new account to accept the transferred tickets.

What if I don't have a mobile phone?

Submit a request with a Ticket Office member and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

I have multiple tickets, do I have to download each ticket individually?

No, as long as your tickets were purchased together, you can download the tickets for each event together and save the tickets to your mobile phone. Once at the gate, you will have to tap each individual ticket.

However, if you placed multiple orders, you will have to download the digital tickets to your mobile phone separately.
