What is a group?
For most of our shows, a group is considered 10 or more people. The number of people that qualify for group sales discounts varies per event.

How do I book my group?
Contact Chase Hiser at chase.hiser@oakviewgroup.com or at 515-564-8146. Chase will help you plan a group outing while also providing the best available seating and pricing. You may also purchase group tickets at the Wells Fargo Arena Box Office or online at Hy-VeeTix.com.
Are there extra fees on a group sales order?
When ordering by phone through the Group Sales Department, there is a $1.00 charge per ticket. Online orders are subject to regular ticketing fees.
How do I pay for my group tickets?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted over the phone or in person. Any in-person payment must be scheduled in advance with Group Sales Manager, Chase Hiser.
