Back again this year, we're excited to add a Cake Decorating Competition, presented in partnership with the Iowa Culinary Institute’s Baking & Pastry Arts Program!
Top teams in the culinary and restaurant management competitions will advance to represent Iowa at the National ProStart Invitational in Baltimore, MD this May.
