Level 4 includes Iowa’s largest ballroom at 28,800 square feet with airwalls allowing the space to be divisible by two. An additional 14,032 square feet of pre-function space offers the perfect area for cocktail hours, buffet tables, or a variety of other functions. Additional meeting rooms give bridal parties a private space to relax leading up to the ceremony or reception.

This floor has 50,000 square feet of space that can be transformed into individual rooms or a variety of settings through an adjustable airwall system; truly making the possibilities endless. Projectors located in the ceilings display images and videos welcoming your guests as they arrive. Additional meeting rooms located on the Mezzanine Level offer private space for bridal parties or rehearsal dinners.

With modern lighting and architecture, the Junior Ballroom offers 10,560 square feet divisible by three. A private entrance and an additional 6,930 square feet of pre-function space is the perfect area for cocktail hours, buffet stations, and so much more. A conference room and 8 additional meeting rooms are the perfect spaces for coat rooms or bridal rooms with back-of-house access to your main space.

West Plaza is the perfect space for ceremonies, cocktail hour, or family photos. Located outside of Community Choice Convention Center, this provides guests with the space to enjoy fresh air and a great view of Downtown Des Moines.
What types of food and beverage services do you offer?
We offer a range of services including, but not limited to, catering for banquets, buffet setups, coffee breaks, and custom menu planning. We have an array of options with bar service including liquor, beer, kegs, wine, and custom signature cocktails for any event that may need those services.
Can we bring our own food and beverages?
We provide in-house catering services. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless special arrangements are made.
